Job summary

Puttshack in Miami's Brickell area seeks a Bartender to mix craft cocktails and serve guests with a welcoming, high-energy service. You will follow recipes, manage bar stations, and ensure safe, efficient delivery of drinks and food.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Craft cocktail experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar.
• Ability to multitask calmly in a busy environment.
• Must obtain required licenses and certifications per state/local requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide warm, attentive service.
• Prepare and serve beverages according to recipes and instructions.
• Stock and restock bar areas with alcohol, glassware, and supplies.
• Follow service steps to manage a full bar top, cocktail station, and dining area.
• Ensure guest needs are anticipated and service exceeds expectations.
