Job summary
27 Club Coffee Miami is seeking a bartender to join the team. You will take customer orders, recommend drinks, keep the bar inviting, and craft traditional and creative cocktails. We're looking for someone energetic, service‑oriented, and passionate about mixology.
The position pays hourly plus tips. Responsibilities include greeting guests, handling payments, restocking, and maintaining a clean bar area. Prior hospitality or bartending experience is preferred; training and growth opportunities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience in food service, hospitality, or bartending preferred.
- Knowledge of alcoholic beverages and bar menu items.
- Legal age to serve alcoholic beverages.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service and time management.
Responsibilities
- Take drink orders.
- Confirm patrons are of legal drinking age and follow laws for serving alcohol.
- Collect payment and operate cash register.
- Order, maintain, and restock inventory of bar supplies and ingredients.
- Open and close the bar, including cleaning and mopping.
