Job summary

The Ground in McMinnville, Oregon is hiring an experienced bartender responsible for preparing and serving drinks while providing exceptional customer experiences. We are looking for someone who is knowledgeable about drink preparation and can interact well with patrons in a lively atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform essential functions on the computerized Point of Sale system.
• Working knowledge of a wide variety of drinks and cocktail preparation.
• Current State Food Handler’s License and State Mixologist Permit are required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve drinks for bar and restaurant patrons.
• Interact with customers, taking orders and serving food and drinks.
• Maintain the bar and ensure cleanliness and organization.
