Job summary

The Ground is seeking a bartender for Grounded Table in McMinnville, Oregon. This position involves creating connections and crafting cocktails while ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities include preparing a wide variety of drinks, maintaining the bar, and compliance with regulations. Ideal candidates will have bartending experience, an understanding of bar equipment, and excellent interpersonal skills. Benefits include PTO and health insurance.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform essential functions on the POS system.
• Working knowledge of various drinks.
• Current State Food Handler’s License required.
• Positive attitude and communication skills.
• Ability to learn bar cash register software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve liquor, wine, and nonalcoholic drinks.
• Interact with customers and serve food and drinks.
• Make drink recommendations based on preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar.
• Comply with food and beverage regulations.
