Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in high-volume F&B operation.
• Craft cocktail experience and working with seasonally influenced perishables.
• Experience making coffee drinks is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and deliver drink requests promptly while maintaining consistency.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Flexible schedule and reliability.
• Tips certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow steps of service and company guidelines for preparing cocktails, juices, coffee and drinks used at the bar.
• Maintain a clean and organized section and collaborate with other bartenders; wash glassware and utensils after each use, clean up after customers and work area.
• Educate guests about beverage options learned through House Tonic trainings.
• Describe daily specials and food pairings to promote additional sales and create a memorable dining experience.
• Handle payment on all items and operate a cash register.
• Check IDs to verify legal drinking age and monitor alcohol consumption.
• Arrange displays to promote beverages and enhance sales and guest experience.
• Serve customers in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with Barbacks on replenishment.
• Mix ingredients according to recipes to maintain a unified program and consistent experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.
