Qualifications

• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must meet New York State legal age to serve alcohol.
• TIPS or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Ability to stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages to guests.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar.
• Engage guests with friendly, attentive, and professional service.
• Process customer orders and payments accurately using POS systems.
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and adhere to responsible service guidelines.
• Collaborate with floor staff and kitchen team to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Assist with bar inventory, ordering, and product rotation.
