ELMHURST 3 INC in New York, NY is seeking a talented bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. Nights, weekends, and holidays work are required. NYS alcohol server age is mandatory; TIPS certification is a plus.

Qualifications

Experience bartending in a bar/restaurant setting.
Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktail recipes and techniques.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Must meet New York State legal age requirement to serve alcohol.
TIPS or equivalent responsible alcohol service certification is a plus.
Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar at all times
Engage guests with friendly, attentive, and professional service
Process customer orders and payments accurately using POS systems
Monitor guest alcohol consumption and adhere to responsible service guidelines
Collaborate with floor staff and kitchen team to ensure a seamless guest experience
Assist with bar inventory, ordering, and product rotation
