Responsibilities include preparing and serving cocktails, staying knowledgeable about the menu and wine list, and maintaining bar inventory. This role requires strong English communication and the ability to work unsupervised when needed.

• Familiar with the wine list and beverage service including stemware used
• Follows established procedures to ensure knowledgeable, correct and efficient order taking
• Creates excellent cocktails in a timely fashion
• Prepares and services beverages for guests and servers in a speedy, efficient and professional manner
• Keeps bar stocked, sets up bar and maintains inventory
