Applicants should have 21+ with craft cocktail experience, strong multitasking and communication skills, and the ability to obtain any required licenses. Base pay plus tips is offered; schedule varies across a 7-day operation.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years of age with craft cocktail experience.
• Demonstrate high emotional intelligence and guest service.
• Ability to multitask calmly in a busy environment.
• Obtain required state/local bartender licenses/certifications.
• Capable of clear, professional communication with guests and team.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, mix and serve beverages according to recipes.
• Stock bar areas with alcohol, glassware, ice, and garnishes.
• Follow steps of service for bar top, cocktail station, and dining area.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and assist with side-work as needed.
• Complete alcohol awareness training and uphold policies.
