Job summary

Puttery in Pittsburgh is seeking an experienced Bartender to deliver exceptional hospitality while crafting beverages that align with our themed mini-golf venues. You will greet guests, take orders, and suggest drinks while ensuring accurate transactions and compliance with alcohol service guidelines.

The role requires knowledge of liquors, beers, and wines, with training to master the Beverage Recipe Book.

Qualifications

Must be 21 years of age or older.
Current alcohol service certification (where required by state or local law) or ability to obtain certification upon hire.
Familiarity with restaurant standards and hospitality.
Working knowledge of current and popular bar and cocktail trends.

Responsibilities

Greet guests promptly and provide exceptional hospitality.
Accurately take orders and make recommendations based on guest preferences.
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages per recipes and standards.
Maintain knowledge of menu, promotions, and gaming experiences.
Process cash, credit card, and other transactions accurately.
Prepare garnishes, syrups, and bar ingredients for shifts.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of perishable products.
Stock and organize liquor, beer, wine, and bar supplies.
Maintain cleanliness of bars and service areas.
Follow local and company alcohol service regulations, including age verification.
