Puttery is a modern entertainment destination featuring themed mini golf, curated drinks, and chef-inspired fare. We are seeking a Bartender who greets guests, makes recommendations, and delivers hospitality with a focus on beverage knowledge and responsible service.

You will manage orders, prepare beverages, handle cash, and maintain bar cleanliness while supporting the team across shifts in a fast-paced venue setting.

Qualifications

• Greet guests with warmth and provide exceptional hospitality.
• Communicate clearly with guests and team members to ensure smooth service.
• Possess current alcohol service certification or willingness to obtain it on hire.
• Understand beverage offerings and wine, beer, and cocktails.
• Accurately handle cash, card payments and receipts.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Take orders accurately and make recommendations based on preferences.
• Prepare and serve cocktails and beverages per recipes and standards.
• Maintain knowledge of venue beverages, menus, and promotions.
• Process transactions accurately and maintain proper cash handling.
• Stock and organize bar supplies and ingredients during shifts.
• Monitor inventory and communicate shortages to management.
• Keep bars and work areas clean and compliant with safety standards.
• Support servers and other team members as needed.
• Maintain health and safety standards in line with policies.
