Qualifications

• 2+ years in high-volume F&B operations.
• Craft cocktail experience with seasonally influenced items.
• Experience making coffee drinks is a plus.
• Able to multitask and deliver drink requests timely.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Flexible schedule and reliable.
• Tips certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Follow steps of service for cocktails, juices, coffee and drinks.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar area and assist teammates.
• Educate guests about beverage options learned in training.
• Promote daily specials and food pairings to drive sales.
• Collect payment and operate the cash register.
• Check IDs and monitor responsible alcohol service.
• Arrange bottles and glasses for attractive displays.
• Serve customers in a friendly manner.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with Barbacks for replenishment.
• Mix ingredients per recipes to ensure a unified program.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.
