Luminary Hotel & Co. is seeking an energetic Bartender for Oxbow Bar & Grill in Fort Myers, FL. You will craft cocktails, serve beverages, and help deliver a high-quality guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include wine and liquor knowledge, pairing with meals, cash handling, and maintaining a clean bar. Prior hospitality and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or higher.
• Previous hospitality experience required.
• Minimum 2-year bartending experience in high volume bar or restaurant in Southwest Florida.

Responsibilities

• General knowledge of cocktail crafting and mixology fundamentals.
• Curate guests' bar experience by making recommendations.
• Knowledge of all beverages to include liquors, wines, and beers.
• Serve guests in an efficient courteous manner following proper steps of service.
• Follow standard TIPS practices to ensure safe and responsible serving of alcohol.
• Maintain a clean and orderly bar area.
