Requirements include 21+ age, familiarity with cocktail trends, ability to obtain local alcohol service certification, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Craft cocktail experience preferred.
• Familiarity with restaurant standards and hospitality.
• Knowledge of current bar and cocktail trends.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with staff at all levels.
• Current alcohol service certification (where required) or ability to obtain upon hire.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and provide hospitality.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders and make recommendations.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages per recipes and standards.
• Maintain knowledge of Beverage Recipe Book, menu offerings, and promotions.
• Process cash, credit card, and other transactions accurately.
• Prepare garnishes, syrups, and other bar ingredients for shifts.
• Stock and organize liquor, beer, wine, and bar supplies; monitor inventory.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bars and workspaces.
