Job summary

Millennium Hotels & Resorts in Sunnyvale seeks a Bartender for Beast & Butterflies at M Social Sunnyvale. You will craft cocktails, serve premium beverages, and deliver engaging guest experiences in a fast-paced hotel bar environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of bartending, strong cocktail knowledge, and experience with POS systems. Willingness to work evenings and weekends is required. California compliance and safety standards apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of bartending experience.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer and spirits.
• Food Handler Card required or ability to obtain upon hire.
• Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification required or ability to obtain as required by California law.
• Ability to accurately handle cash and beverage transactions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages according to recipes and standards.
• Create handcrafted cocktails with consistency, quality, and presentation.
• Recommend cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits.
• Manage guest checks and POS transactions.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and inventory.
• Collaborate with F&B, Culinary, Banquet, and Management teams.
• Follow safety, sanitation and RBS regulations.
