Job summary

Qualifications

• Must meet legal age requirements for alcohol service.
• Alcohol service certification (state/local requirement).
• Prior bartending experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant.
• Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling.
• Physical stamina to stand for long shifts and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, mix, and serve drinks according to recipes and guest preferences.
• Maintain knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirit offerings.
• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including equipment and glassware.
• Accurately handle cash, credit card transactions, and POS operations.
• Monitor guest consumption and uphold responsible service of alcohol.
• Assist in restocking bar inventory and supplies.
