Collared Martin Hospitality is seeking an experienced bartender to provide exceptional service, take orders, craft beverages, and drive guest satisfaction at our Faraway properties. You will upsell food and drinks, maintain knowledge of our menu, and ensure accurate payments while upholding health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a full-service restaurant bar environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-moving environment.
• Must be a team player.
• Must meet state requirements to serve alcohol and work behind a bar.

Responsibilities

• Take guests’ food and beverage orders, utilize salesmanship techniques, and make appropriate recommendations.
• Input orders into the POS system, correctly.
• Maintain knowledge of house cocktails and wine list to answer questions.
• Ensure accuracy of guest checks and process payments.
• Follow responsible alcohol practices, including carding guests under 40 and health procedures.
