Qualifications

• Bartending Certificate preferred.
• ServSafe Certification is preferred.
• Must be able to operate commercial dish machine, vacuum, carpet cleaner, and similar equipment.
• Be familiar with or capable of learning the computer systems and electronic machines used to carry out the tasks of this position.

Responsibilities

• Drink Preparation: mix and serve a wide range of beverages including cocktails, wines, beers, and spirits.
• Customer Service: greet customers, take orders, engage in friendly conversation.
• Cash Handling: handle cash transactions and reconcile end of shift.
• Bar Maintenance: keep bar area clean and stocked, restock supplies, clean equipment.
• Safety and Compliance: verify ages and refuse service to intoxicated customers.
• Upselling and Promotion: promote offers and premium drinks.
• Multitasking: manage multiple orders efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Bar Tools and Techniques: use shakers, strainers, muddlers, and garnishing techniques.
• Conflict Resolution: handle complaints professionally.
• Foundational Skills: strong organization, stamina, and ability to work in fast pace.
