Qualifications

• Must enjoy serving people and be community-oriented.
• Ability to communicate in English both verbally and in writing.
• Experience in a full-service restaurant or lounge is a plus.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift items as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prep the bar daily, maintain it during the shift and clean it nightly.
• Stock the bar according to company guidelines regarding liquor requisition.
• Enter all items into the POS system and charge guests accordingly.
• Ensure that guests are of legal drinking age by asking for an appropriate ID card.
• Orchestrate an extraordinary guest experience through positive guest interaction.
• Guide guests through aspects of our hotel and our city.
