Think Hospitality in Miami Beach is seeking passionate, energetic bartenders to join our team. You will craft beverages, keep the bar area clean and organized, and ensure guests have an enjoyable experience with genuine hospitality.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of bartending experience in high-volume or upscale venues, strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, and fluency in English. This role requires nights, weekends, and holidays, with the ability to stand for long periods

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume or upscale setting.
• Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails.
• Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.
• Able to stand for shifts and lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the bar area and restock supplies.
• Interact with guests in a friendly, professional manner and make recommendations.
• Handle cash register transactions, process payments and manage tabs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and proper food handling.
