You will follow recipes, maintain a clean, well-stocked bar, verify IDs for responsible service, and work with a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• At least two years of serving experience and one year of bartending experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 pounds regularly.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with flexible scheduling.
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
• Responsible alcohol service with age verification in accordance with policy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, genuine hospitality while creating memorable guest experiences.
• Prepare handcrafted cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency.
• Execute recipes and specifications while maintaining presentation standards.
• Maintain an impeccably clean, stocked bar and process orders accurately.
• Build rapport with guests through menu knowledge and recommendations.
• Ensure responsible service and verify IDs as required.
