You will prepare cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks, while maintaining presentation standards and building guest rapport through menu knowledge.

Applicants should have at least two years serving and one year bartending in a full-service setting, with a passion for hospitality and the ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Two years of serving experience and one year of bartending in a full-service restaurant (fine dining or upscale casual preferred).
• Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, genuine hospitality while creating memorable guest experiences.
• Prepare handcrafted cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and precision.
• Execute recipes and specifications while maintaining exceptional presentation standards.
• Produce beverages efficiently for both bar guests and service tickets.
• Build rapport with guests through menu knowledge and thoughtful recommendations.
• Demonstrate expertise in spirits, wine, beer, seasonal cocktails, and food pairings.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service and verify identification in accordance with state and company policies.
• Maintain an impeccably clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout each shift.
• Accurately process orders, payments, and cash handling procedures.
• Complete opening, running, and closing side work with attention to detail.
• Support teammates and contribute to a positive, professional culture.
• Participate in ongoing training and continuously develop product knowledge.
• Maintain performance standards and motivates team through positive role modeling.
