Job summary

Qualifications

• Bartending certificate preferred; HS diploma or GED with 1 year bartending experience required.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling.
• Alcohol license required within 7 days of employment.
• ServSafe Food Handler certification within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Provides prompt, efficient, and courteous service to Guests.
• Maintains knowledge of beverages, recipes, and ingredients served.
• Operates as bartender and cashier for beverage transactions.
• Prepares beverages per guest specifications and recipes.
• Ensures proper pour procedures for alcoholic beverages.
• Replenishes beverages and stocks supplies as needed.
• Monitors alcohol service and guest consumption per policy.
• Maintains bar area cleanliness and stocking.
• Adheres to casino policies and internal controls.
