Job summary

Pearl River Resort Associates is seeking a Part-Time Front of House Beverage Server at Choctaw MS to provide beverage service in a fast-paced casino environment. You will mix and serve drinks, maintain bar cleanliness, and monitor customer needs while ensuring compliance with CARE and Serv-Safe guidelines.

Candidates should be 21+, possess a high school diploma or GED, and have bartending experience or complete the Pearl River Resort Bartending School.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• One year bartending experience preferred or must attend Pearl River Resort Bartending School.
• Must be Serv-Safe certified or certifiable within 180 days.
• Must be CARE certified before starting to work.

Responsibilities

• Mix and serve beverages according to recipes.
• Provide prompt, courteous beverage service.
• Maintain bar station cleanliness.
• Monitor customer needs and fulfill requests.
• Maintain cash bank with POS system.
• Communicate with Beverage Manager and shifts staff.
• Receive, issue, and track liquor/store supplies.
• Assist other beverage staff with opening/closing duties.
• Follow CARE guidelines when serving alcohol.
• Maintain regular attendance.
