Job summary

OTO Development is seeking a Bartender for its Fort Walton Beach property to deliver high-quality beverages and exceptional guest service. You will greet guests, craft classic and signature drinks, and ensure accurate orders and payments while maintaining bar operations.

The role requires strong mixology knowledge, the ability to stand for long periods, and a willingness to work evenings, nights, and weekends in a hospitality-focused team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ to serve alcoholic beverages.
• In-depth knowledge of alcohol and craft cocktail bars; strong mixology skills.
• Able to stand for up to eight hours.
• Effective communication with guests and associates.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a timely manner.
• Prepare a large amount of alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Interact positively with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks.
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences while making recommendations.
• Check customers’ identification to confirm legal drinking age.
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
• Operate cash registers; take payments and give change.
• Manage bar operations, including ordering and maintaining liquor and bar supplies.
