Job summary

Puttshack USA seeks a bartender to craft cocktails and deliver exceptional guest service in a high-energy, tech-infused environment. You will mix drinks, follow recipes, and maintain a clean, organized bar while engaging with guests.

Open 7 days, typical shifts 11am–1am, with 15–30 hours weekly, and strong flexibility. Prior craft cocktail experience and 21+ age required; benefits include health care, 401(k), PTO, and discounts on meals and mini golf.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old to apply.
• Prior craft cocktail experience in a high-volume setting.
• Strong emotional intelligence and self-awareness.
• Must obtain required licenses and certifications per state/local requirements.
• Ability to multitask calmly in a busy environment.
• Clear communication to perform job requirements.

Responsibilities

• Bring your A game every day.
• Greet guests warmly with a sincere smile.
• Prepare and serve beverages according to recipes.
• Stock bar areas with alcohol, glassware, ice, garnishes, and supplies.
• Follow service steps for bar, cocktail station, and dining area.
• Anticipate guests' needs and provide attentive service.
• Understand food allergy procedures and special orders.
• Transport food and beverages safely and effectively.
• Keep areas tidy and follow safety guidelines.
• Direct barbacks and work as a team.
• Complete alcohol awareness training.
• Follow policies and employment conditions; assist with side-work and opening/closing duties.
