Open seven days a week, venues operate from lunch to late evening; flexibility and a positive attitude are essential. Training and tips accompany a base wage, with full-time benefits available for eligible associates.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old to apply.
• Prior craft cocktail experience in high-volume restaurant or bar.
• Strong emotional intelligence and self-awareness.
• Must obtain required licenses and certifications per state/local requirements.
• Ability to multitask calmly in a busy environment.
• Safely communicate to perform job requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service.
• Prepare and serve cocktails according to recipes.
• Stock bar areas with alcohol, glassware, ice, garnishes.
• Follow steps of service for bar, cocktail station, and dining area.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and side-work.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and allergy procedures.
• Coordinate with barbacks and team members.
• Complete alcohol awareness training.
