You will engage guests, take orders, and recommend drinks while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and collaborating with the restaurant team for smooth service.

Qualifications

• Legal age to serve alcohol in the United States.
• Experience as bartender or in a customer service role within the hospitality industry.
• Basic knowledge of drink recipes and beverage preparation techniques.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standardized recipes and customer preferences.
• Engage with guests to take orders, provide recommendations, and ensure a positive and enjoyable experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and report any shortages to management.
• Comply with all health, safety, and licensing regulations related to alcohol service.
• Handle cash and process payments accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with kitchen and wait staff to coordinate timely service and resolve any customer concerns.
