Songwriters Texas Llc in Midland, TX is seeking a Part Time Bartender to deliver outstanding drink service and create memorable guest experiences. You will master mixology, craft beverages, and respond to guest preferences with tailored recommendations.

You will engage guests, take orders, manage bar inventory, verify legal drinking ages, and uphold health and safety standards while maintaining a clean, inviting bar that supports a high-energy guest experience.

Competenze

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Holds a current TABC certification.
• Demonstrates a proven track record of success as a Bartender.
• Shows deep knowledge of mixology, including traditional and contemporary cocktail recipes.
• Proficient with computer systems, including POS.
• Bilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, are highly regarded.
• Exhibits a positive disposition with superior communication skills.
• Capable of maintaining a well-organized, stocked, and sanitary bar.
• Able to lift 50 pounds.
• Able to stand for extended periods of time (up to 6 – 8 hours).
