Qualifications

• 2-year degree preferred; STEM degree highly preferred.
• 1 year manufacturing experience or equivalent computer skills.
• Brewing/fermentation experience highly preferred.
• Filtration experience (centrifuge, RO, etc.) highly preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and email; forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate brewing equipment including fermenters and controls per SOPs.
• Perform CIP to prevent microbial growth and flavor carryover.
• Troubleshoot equipment and coordinate with maintenance.
• Meet daily production targets and document batch records.
• Follow GMP and quality procedures and participate in audits.
