Job summary

TWO BROTHERS RESTAURANT GROUP LLC in Warrenville, IL is hiring for a full-time role supporting our beverage production facility. You will help with packing, warehouse tasks, and sanitation, contributing to safe, efficient operations in a fast-paced craft beer environment.

Ideal candidates can lift up to 55 pounds, teamwork is essential, and a strong attention to safety and quality is required. This in-person position offers daytime shifts and a hands-on role in production and packaging.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently as well as a member of a team
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Work safely and efficiently in a busy work environment
• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds repeatedly and maneuver 160 lbs. kegs (with team members or vacuum lift) as needed
• Must be able to twist/turn, bend, reach over shoulders and stand/walk on a continual basis
• Work continually on your feet for eight hours at a time in wet areas
• A positive attitude & a love for craft beer!

Responsibilities

• Packing and stacking cases off the end of the can line
• Assist in pulling and packing order in the warehouse
• Perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting, stacking, and organizing inventory with precision and care
• Assist in the sanitation process by cleaning equipment, storage areas, and production zones in compliance with HACCP and GMP standards
• Support brewing and packaging operations by preparing ingredients, loading raw materials, and ensuring proper storage conditions
• Conduct routine inspections of warehouse equipment, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime
• Maintain accurate inventory records using basic math skills for counting, recording, and verifying stock levels
• Follow strict safety protocols for chemical handling, industrial cleaning agents, and operating machinery in a food & beverage production environment
