Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Dough Shaping: Divide and shape a range of craft bread doughs, following recipes and processes while maintaining consistency and quality.
• Quality Control: Ensure all doughs meet high standards for shape, texture, and appearance, adjusting as needed to maintain product quality.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the bakery team to ensure smooth operations and timely product availability.
• Maintenance: Keep the bakery area clean, organized, and compliant with food safety standards.
• Continuous Improvement: Be open to learning and experimenting with new techniques, recipes, and ideas to grow offerings.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
