Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous Starbucks/food service experience preferred, but not required.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other tech as directed.
• Work independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes.
• Capable of staying focused in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting with a smile and helpful attitude.
• Assist guests in finding items and resolving issues for a smoother shopping experience.
• Deliver handcrafted beverages and food to specification.
• Follow food safety requirements and maintain sanitation and cleanliness.
• Operate the POS and handheld scanners accurately; handle cash as needed.
• Collaborate with team to support guests and other areas during peak times.
