Job summary

Weekend and closing shifts are required, with prior craft beer or restaurant experience encouraged. Responsibilities include serving in a fast-paced setting, handling POS transactions, stocking, pouring, cleaning, and assisting with events.

Qualifications

• Willing to work weekends and closing shifts as needed.
• Experience in craft beer or restaurants is strongly encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Keep bar in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Maintain a friendly and enthusiastic attitude while providing a welcoming environment to patrons and coworkers.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Communicate well with peers, customers, and supervisors.
• Take initiative and learn new tasks efficiently.
• Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash/card transactions.
• Stock cooler with bottled beers consistently throughout the day.
• Pour beverages safely and consistently.
• Clean Tasting Room thoroughly as needed throughout the day.
• Maintain cleanliness of restrooms throughout the day.
• Assist with Tasting Room events.
• Draft line cleaning and equipment cleaning experience is a plus but will be taught to hired employees.
