Job summary

Qualifications

• Friendly and fun to be around with a strong work ethic.
• Capable of learning and implementing new service-based technology.
• Corporate service industry experience is a plus.
• TIPS, TAM, SERV Safe, or other alcohol safety certifications are beneficial.
• Must have passed the Certified Beer Server Cicerone Exam, or must pass within twelve weeks of hire.
• Available to work a variety of hours including nights and weekends.
• Maintain neat and professional appearance.
• Professional with excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver amazing guest experiences with strong knowledge of our offerings and a welcoming, friendly demeanor
• Always help the Manager On Duty greet guests and ensure that all guests feel welcome from the moment they walk in the door
• Consistently find ways to create a better service environment through cleanliness, preparation, and organization
• Properly ID patrons to make sure they are 21 and over and carefully monitor the continued consumption and overall experience of guests visiting Silver Branch
• Proficient in Point-of-Sale software and able to identify / troubleshoot potential issues
• Responsible for knowing our beer, wine, cocktails and food menu selections and capable of providing recommendations based on guest input
