As Manager on Duty with the General Manager, you will handle inventory, ordering, and guest relations while maintaining standards for beer, cocktails, and guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of bartending or hospitality leadership experience.
• Passion for guest experiences and building relationships with guests and teammates.
• Hands-on leader who coaches others, leads by example, and steps in when needed.
• Strong communication skills, calm, positive, and solution-focused during busy shifts.
• Commitment to a respectful, accountable, and welcoming team culture.
• Passion for craft beer and expanding beverage knowledge.
• Ability to educate guests and teammates on beer, cocktails, wine, and other beverages.
• Experience with beverage inventory, ordering, and maintaining quality standards.
• Preferred: Certified Beer Server or Certified Cicerone certification; willing to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Bar with hospitality, professionalism, and beverage execution.
• Manage shifts as Manager on Duty and support the taproom team.
• Be the go-to resource for beer, cocktails, and beverage knowledge.
• Build relationships with regular guests and welcome new ones.
• Oversee beverage inventory, ordering, reception, and organization.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and provide real-time coaching during service.
• Foster a positive, respectful team culture and lead by example.
