Tree House Brewing Company is seeking a Retail Staff Member in Massachusetts to join a hospitality-focused team. You will educate customers about our history, philosophy, and beer while handling can packing, can sales, and checkout operations.

You will ensure accurate draft pours, assist with merchandise, maintain a welcoming atmosphere, and adapt to a fast-paced environment. A strong customer service mindset and knowledge of craft beer are essential; TIPS certification is preferred and weekend

Qualifications

• Educate customers on Tree House history, philosophy, and beer.
• Experience with fast-paced retail environments preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the history of Tree House, our philosophy, and our beer.
• Can packing, can sales, and checkout operation.
• Speedy and accurate draft pours with care for the product.
• Guide customers through decision-making with ease and efficiency.
• Organize and assist with merchandise inventory and records.
• Maintain a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
• Perform other retail tasks as needed.
• Bartending experience with TIPS certification is preferred.
