Qualifications

• Previous serving experience preferred.
• Strong communication and guest-focused attitude.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable attendance and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Interest in craft beer and willingness to learn offerings.
• Ability to perform physical duties including standing, walking and carrying trays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests promptly and provide friendly, attentive service.
• Learn the food menu, craft beers, cocktails, and specials to offer recommendations.
• Take accurate orders, communicate modifications and allergies, and follow up for satisfaction.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly while maintaining quality and presentation.
• Manage multiple tables while staying organized and responsive to guest needs.
• Process payments accurately and follow cash-handling procedures.
• Keep dining areas clean, stocked, and organized.
• Complete opening, closing, and side-work duties thoroughly.
• Work with bartenders, hosts, runners, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
• Address guest concerns professionally and involve a manager when needed.
