Job summary

The Brass Tap is seeking service team members to greet guests, take orders, and serve chef-inspired food in a fast-paced craft beer environment. Team members are encouraged to share beer knowledge and provide an amazing guest experience.

This franchise owner offers full-time and part-time roles with opportunities for advancement. Successful candidates will be 21+, able to work weekends/holidays, and comfortable standing for long periods while handling multiple items.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21 or older, per state and local laws.
• Available to work weekends and holidays.
• Ability to balance and carry multiple food and beverage items.
• Able to operate the POS and beverage equipment competently.
• Standing for extended periods, with occasional bending and lifting up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests at The Brass Tap.
• Take orders and serve food and drinks.
• Be knowledgeable about beers and menu items to make recommendations.
• Present checks and process payments.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures.
• Keep station and service areas clean and organized.
• Perform duties with minimal supervision.
