Qualifications

• Previous serving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process payments accurately and follow cash-handling procedures.
• Keep dining areas clean, stocked, and organized.
• Complete opening, closing, and side-work duties thoroughly.
• Work with bartenders, hosts, runners, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
• Address guest concerns professionally and involve a manager when needed.

• Welcome guests promptly and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their visit.

• Learn our food menu, craft beers, cocktails, and specials to confidently offer recommendations.

• Take accurate orders, communicate modifications and allergy concerns, and follow up to ensure guest satisfaction.

• Deliver food and beverages promptly, maintaining our standards for quality and presentation.

• Manage multiple tables while staying organized and responsive to guest needs.

• Process payments accurately and follow cash-handling procedures.

• Keep tables, service stations, and dining areas clean, stocked, and organized.

• Complete opening, closing, and side-work duties thoroughly.

• Work closely with bartenders, hosts, food runners, and kitchen staff to keep service running smoothly.

• Address guest concerns professionally and involve a manager when needed.

• Follow responsible alcohol service practices and restaurant policies.

• Arrive on time, prepared for your shift, and ready to support your teammates.
