Responsibilities

• Order and maintain inventory of Beer Den supplies and draught beer.
• Build relationships with distributors/wholesalers and brewery partners.
• Plan and host tastings, tap takeovers, in-store demos and events.
• Train Beer Den Hosts on operating procedures and safety.
• Drive beer and growler sales, manage displays and pricing.
• Prepare weekly updates like “What’s Tappening” for guests.
• Support branding, signage, and sanitation of the Beer Den area.
• Announce specials and ensure compliance with state laws.
