Job summary

The Brass Tap Inc. is hiring bartenders to greet guests, take orders, pour beer, and craft cocktails with menu knowledge. You will serve food, assist guests, and contribute to a fast-paced, friendly bar environment.

Ideal candidates have beer knowledge, great customer service, and the ability to balance multiple tasks. We offer full-time and part-time roles with training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Greet guests and provide friendly service.
• Be knowledgeable about beer and the menu to upsell items.
• Maintain a fast, accurate service pace in a busy bar.
• Stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests to The Brass Tap.
• Follow steps of service for taking and serving orders.
• Be beer and menu knowledgeable to suggest beers and describe menu items.
• Prepare beer, wine, and cocktails to recipe procedures.
• Present guest check and take payment.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures.
• Keep bar station and service areas clean and organized.
• Complete duties without constant supervision.
