Job summary

The Brass Tap Inc. in Georgia is hiring full-time and part-time bartenders and service team members to greet guests, take orders, pour beer, and serve food.

Passion for beer and guest experience is essential, with a fast-paced environment and a culture built on teamwork. You will follow the dedicated steps of service, stay knowledgeable about beer and menu items, operate POS and beverage equipment, and keep your station clean.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21 or older as per state/local requirements.
• Available to work weekend and holiday shifts.
• Balance and carry multiple food and beverage items.
• Able to competently operate the POS and beverage equipment.
• Continuous standing, bending, and lifting up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests to The Brass Tap.
• Follow steps of service for taking and serving orders.
• Be beer and menu knowledgeable to suggest beers and describe items.
• Prepare beer, wine, and cocktails to recipes.
• Present guest check and take payment.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures.
• Keep bar station and service areas clean and organized.
• Complete duties without constant supervision.
