Qualifications

• Proven working experience in a restaurant/sales/customer service job.
• Excellent knowledge of beer/serving drinks/food safety.
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean while maintaining guest experience.
• Ability to lift up to 20lbs.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages.
• Change kegs/stock bottles.
• Has menu knowledge and is able to explain to customers all food/drink.
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and drinks.
• Assess customers needs and preferences and make recommendations.
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.
• Pour draft/bottle beers properly.
• Check customer's identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age.
• Restock bar inventory and supplies.
• Maintains a clean/cleans work space during shift.
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
