The Brass Tap is hiring service team members to greet guests, take orders, and serve chef-inspired food while sharing a passion for beer knowledge. We value positive attitudes, teamwork, and delivering an amazing guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

We offer flexible part-time or full-time schedules with opportunities to grow in a leading craft beer chain. Candidates must be 21+, able to stand for long periods, balance multiple items, and operate the POS with ease.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years old or older.
• Weekend and holiday availability.
• Ability to balance multiple food and beverage items.
• Able to competently operate the POS and beverage equipment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests to The Brass Tap
• Follow The Brass Tap steps of service for taking and serving orders
• Be beer and menu knowledgeable to suggest beers and describe menu items
• Present guest check and take payment
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures
• Keep station and service areas clean and organized
• Complete duties without constant supervision
