Job summary

The Brass Tap - RB is seeking service team members to greet guests, take orders, and serve chef-inspired food in a fast-paced craft beer environment.

Team members should be beer enthusiasts, capable of handling POS transactions and balancing multiple tasks while upholding safety and sanitation standards. Flexible part-time or full-time schedules are available, with opportunities for career growth and meal perks.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented; greet guests and take orders.
• Must be 21+ and able to work weekends/holidays.
• Able to balance and carry multiple items; operate POS and beverage equipment.
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests to The Brass Tap
• Follow steps of service for taking and serving orders
• Be beer and menu knowledgeable to suggest beers and describe items
• Present guest check and take payment
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures
• Keep station and service areas clean and organized
• Complete duties without constant supervision
