Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Concessions Bartender to deliver friendly, efficient beverage service to guests and servers. You will mix drinks, greet guests, take orders, handle cash and tips, and maintain a clean bar area according to standards.

Responsibilities include using quality ingredients, verifying age, coordinating with the culinary team for garnishes, and ensuring health and safety compliance. Prior bartending experience and strong English communication are required.

Qualifications

• Experience as a bartender for at least two years.
• Extensive knowledge of drink recipes.
• Knowledge of wine characteristics and service.
• Ability to create and execute unique drinks.
• Ability to prepare and serve drinks promptly.
• Maintain personal hygiene and grooming standards.
• Able to work independently or in a team during service.
• Willingness to exceed guest expectations and listen to supervision.

Responsibilities

• Utilize high quality spirits, liqueurs, fruits, fresh herbs and spices to create sensational drinks for guests.
• Greet guests, take beverage orders from servers or directly from guests.
• Mix drinks, cocktails and other bar beverages as ordered and in compliance with company standards.
• Maintain bottles and glasses in an attractive and functional manner to support efficient drink preparation.
• Check identification to verify age requirements for alcohol purchase.
