Qualifications

• Experience as a bartender for at least two years.
• Knowledge of drink recipes and wine service.
• Ability to work long hours and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take beverage orders from guests or servers.
• Mix drinks and cocktails in accordance with standards.
• Maintain bar inventory and balance receipts at shift end.
• Ensure bar area is clean and tools are available.
• Check IDs and handle payments for drinks.
