Qualifications

• Welcoming customers and determining beverage preferences.
• Informing customers about beverages and specials.
• Knowledge of all menu items and preparation to answer questions.
• Mixing ingredients, garnishing, and serving beverages to customers.
• Checking identification to ensure legal age to purchase alcohol.
• Providing responsible service of alcohol per laws and regulations.
• Taking inventory and ordering supplies for bar and tables.
• Preparing and serving menu items according to recipes and guidelines.
