Fogo de Chão Albuquerque is seeking a bartender to welcome guests, take orders, suggest beverages, and prepare drinks per our recipes. You will ensure accurate service, maintain bar inventory, and uphold safety and legal guidelines while delivering an outstanding dining experience.

Qualifications

Welcoming customers, reading and listening to people to determine beverage preferences, making recommendations, and taking orders.
Informing customers about new beverages and specials
Be knowledgeable of all menu items, their contents and preparation methods to answer questions and upsell when appropriate

Responsibilities

Selecting and mixing ingredients, garnishing glasses, and serving beverages to customers
Checking identification to ensure customers are of legal drinking age
Provide responsible service of alcohol, complying with liquor laws and safety regulations
Taking inventory and ordering supplies to ensure bar and tables are stocked
Prepare and serve menu items according to Fogo de Chao recipes and guidelines
Handle multiple tables and tasks, keeping tables clean and clear
